Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

Pythagore IA INC. provides technology and participation systems. We act as a "Service Provider" and "Marketing Partner." Users acknowledge that Pythagore IA INC. does not directly organize or operate lottery games.

2. Eligibility

Access to our platforms is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older and located within authorized territories (primarily Quebec, Canada). Any attempt to bypass age or territorial restrictions is a violation of these terms.

3. Regulatory Compliance

All services are provided under the framework of License L-01857. We reserve the right to suspend access to any system in cases of non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements established by the RACJ.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
