Pythagore IA INC. ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a registered Service Provider under RACJ license L-01857. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our partners and users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec’s Law 25.
We collect technical data and identification information necessary to ensure the integrity of participation systems. This includes identity verification data for age control (18+) and geolocation data to ensure territorial compliance.
In accordance with our regulatory obligations under the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), all technical logs, system journals, and administrative documents are preserved for a minimum period of three (3) years.
We do not sell user data. Information may only be shared with regulatory authorities (RACJ) during official inspections or audits as required by the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines (RLRQ, c. L-6).
